My mom raved about this exercise class at the Great Neck Senior Center. You see, while Sharon is a successful yoga teacher, she’s also a giver and gave the seniors a gift by designing and teaching a fantastic exercise class at the Center.

Sharon is a wonderful teacher and very in tune with her students. She’s a pleasure to work with!
