How we achieve the goal

  • After a complimentary consultation, we will create a weekly, bi-monthly schedule of 1:1 coaching sessions to help you understand and ease into your goals.

  • You will receive shopping, recipe, cooking and coaching support.

  • Find the right eating plan - more whole foods, vegetables, fiber, protein, a plant based, flexitarian diet, gluten free… together we will find the dietary approach that you can maintain.

What led me to nutrition

Living with IBD (Irritable Bowel Disease), my life-long focus has been on finding a diet and lifestyle to reduce inflammation and promote gut health and healing. I became a health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to deepen my knowledge and understanding of nutrition and to share this with others, focusing on understanding healthy choices and adapting recipes for optimal healing and well-being.
